Papertake Weekly - It's sketch week!!

Hey everyone! It's time for a new challenge from Papertake Weekly, and since it's the last Tuesday in May (can you believe it??) it's time for one of Dawny's awesome sketches and we're being sponsored by the amazing Simon Says Stamp!!

So now here is the sketch for you to follow this week for a chance to win an awesome prize!

And here is my take on the challenge

For my card I used the fabulous new image #419 Little Miss Muu Muu from the new Summer Memories collection which is available at Magnolia-licious! I love this entire collection! Diana has the best service and prices available, and carries the most extensive selection of Magnolia images in North America! Do yourself a big favor and check out her shop today!!  Little Miss Muu Muu is stamped with Memento ink onto X-Press It cardstock and then colored with Copic markers. I just used my Copic multi-liner to draw some spots onto her cause I just thought she's be cute with spots. I don't like how I did the spot on her head, but oh well... The papers are digital matted with Bazzill cardstock, and the ribbon, buttons, and twine are from my stash. The sentiment was created with MS Word and I also added three pearls made with the Viva Decor Pearl Pen.

So that's it for me today! Please be sure and pop over to Papertake Weekly to check out all my talented teamies wonderful creations, and then we'd really love it if you'd grab your paper and glue and play along with us! Thanks so much for stopping by to see me today, and hope to see you back again soon! Hugs!

How cute is that? I love that cow but have so much stuff I didn't get him.

Just an FYI - today was my last day at work - I am officially retired. But it just feels like summer vacation - don't think it will hit til fall.

Oh Sharon, this card is just TOO CUTE! It made me smile when I saw this Little Miss Muu Muu and her blue spots! Your "grass" is gorgeous! Love how you did this...such fine strokes and variegated greens. That DP with the woodgrain design and the "cow" DP are just too perfect for this card! Love your ideas!
