Papertake Weekly - things that make you go "awwwww"

Hey everyone! Hope you're having a fantastic start to your week! With it being Tuesday, it's time for a new challenge over at Papertake Weekly. And this week, Dawny is challenging you to make anything that makes you go "awww". :)  What a fun challenge!  We are sponsored this week by The Stamp Fairy.

Now is there anything that makes you go "awwww" quite like a teddy??? Isn't this precious little one so adorable? I LOVE him! He's from the new Little Christmas Collection of Magnolia stamps from Magnolia-licious. I love this collection of six stamps! In case you weren't aware, Magnolia-licious has a vast collection of Magnolia images in both regular AND mini sizes! Diana also carries a wonderful array of beautiful cutting dies from some of the most popular die companies around! Please be sure and pop over to visit today for ALL your Magnolia needs!  He's stamped with Memento ink onto Cryogen White paper and then colored with Copic markers. The DP's are from Nitiwit Collections matted with Bazzill cardstock. The flowers are all from Wild Orchid Crafts and the leaves are from a Martha Stewart punch. The border is a die from Magnolia-licious as well, and it's topped off with some gorgeous ribbon that was gifted to me from my friend Suzan.  That yummy snowflake was cut from a Silhouette file and topped with some Stickles and a pearl from a Viva Decor pearl pen. That bow??? OMG! That ribbon for the bow! What can I say....other than I am headed back to The Ribbon Girl to see if they have any in gold or any other color! Believe me when I say this picture does NOT do it justice! It is a dream to work with and makes the most lucious bow!!! With the holidays coming up, I will be using a LOT of that! So you better hurry before I buy it all! LOL!

Please be sure and pop over to Papertake Weekly to check out all my talented teamies gorgeous creations, and then we'd love it if you would grab your paper and glue and play along with us. Thanks for stopping by to see me today and hope to see you back again soon! Hugs!

Where did the weekend go??

Hey everyone! Sheesh...where in the world did the long weekend go? I can't believe it's already Tuesday!! With that said, it's time for a new challenge from Papertake Weekly, and since it's the first Tuesday of the monh, that means it's an "anything goes" challenge which is sponsored by Lili of the Valley! The added option for the challenge is to use a non square based card (as you can see, I didn't do the option). So here is what I've come up with you today. Sorry...I was making this VERY last minute, so threw it together very quickly.

This adorable image is one I saw when a friend sent me a card, and I HAD to hunt it down and ended up having to buy it used from Ebay. The papers I used are from my scrap bin, I added a cute sentiment from Paper Smooches, a bow made from May Arts silk ribbon, and some pearls made with the Viva Decor pearl pen. That's it! Oh, the little wooly is stamped with Memento ink onto Cryogen white paper and colored with Copics. My grass look s horendous, and I deeply apologize. I just didn't have time to redo it. *sigh*  Please be sure and pop over to Papertake Weekly to check out my teamies gorgeous creations and then we'd really love it if you'd grab your paper and glue and play along with us! Thanks so much for stopping by to see me today, and hope to see you back again soon! Hugs!
